ABOUT US
Project Hope CA (PHCA) was founded in 2018 as a grassroots movement of volunteers working to advance access to basic needs and local community resources for traditionally under-resourced areas in Los Angeles County, such as Nickerson Gardens in Watts and Estrada Courts in Boyle Heights, to name a few.
Over the years, our organization experienced growth and expanded to focus on three core areas of programming in the City of Pomona: Mentorship, Re-Entry Services, & Community Engagement.
In 2021, we were awarded a grant through Pomona Unified School District (PUSD) to provide youth development services to at-promise youth through our Youth Mentoring Program.

“I would have dropped out of school if it wasn't for Project Hope. They helped me get back into high school, graduate, and enroll into college. Thank you for helping me become the leader I am today.”
